The tableware is fired three times, each firing lasts for 14 hours at 1400°С. Such porcelain stays almost the same for a long time: white and shiny. Vespen is a collection emanating Oriental spirit. The cup and the saucer are is decorated with a monochrome floral Japanesque ornament. The cup edges and the handle as well as the rim of the saucer are additionally bordered with shining 24 karat gold. The brevity of the monochrome pattern and the stylized floral design is a reference to the famous Japanese ink painting and the amazing black and white flowers created in this technique. |
