| Head Description | Handmade carpet Bouddi is based on one of the most precious types of wool – the silky fleece of bharals, sheep that live in the mountainous regions of India. Carpets made from the long, smooth and warm wool are especially fluffy and delicate to the touch. Bouddi catches the eye with its pronounced texture with visible interlacing of threads in the natural shade of volcanic sand. The textures, relief model reminds of the streaks of black sand on the coast of Iceland, driven by the harsh north winds. The soft pile allows you to feel the warm sand under your feet. Each carpet is unique, and all of them are made by craftsmen in the ancient handloom technique.
