Head Description | A small dessert plate Naturis is made of the highest-grade white bone china, which is produced according to ancient Chinese technologies. It is based on bone powder (40-45%), kaolin (white clay), quartz and feldspar. This pearl-colored bone china looks thin, almost clear, if held against the light and makes a gentle ringing sound when you touch it. The high concentration of bone powder combined with white clay contributes to its special delicacy and grace. At the same time, despite its apparent fragility, bone china is much stronger than other types of porcelain. It stays almost the same for a long time: white and shiny. The production of porcelain tableware is a complex multi-stage process. Liquid porcelain is fired in a gas kiln in special molds, which takes 8-10 hours at a temperature of 1200 °C. After cooling down, the items are sent for further hand glazing and then they are hand-decorated with the prints in a complex decal technique. The last stage is the final firing in the kiln. Porcelain tableware collection Naturis is the epitome of sophistication. The beauty of the highest-grade bone china is combined with delicate drawings in 24 karat gold, applied using a decal technique. They show delicate branches of plants, fragile and alive, as if swaying under the gusts of wind. The design resembles traditional Japanese-style ink drawings on rice paper or silk. Naturis is a reflection of fine art and handmade craftsmanship. |
